Motomichi
Artistic integrity starts not at least with an unique style. Using black, white and red as the only three possible colors in his very schematic character doodling drawings, digital paintings and animations is the trademark of works of Motomichi Nakamura.
Born Japanese, Motomichi grew up in the US and after a short artistic intermezzo in Ecuador he moved back to NY, where he lives and works.
You had chances to see his works at the New Museum of Contemporary Art in NYC, at the Sundance and the Onedotzero film festivals, at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC and at other recognized venues in the U.S. and Europe. His characters appear in commercials, magazines, and music videos.
Plus, obviously, you see him here with his toys. Using black, white and red.
