Lazysmash
Following in the footsteps of Big Brother? Or simply a dynamic designer duo with a penchant for frozen desserts?
A bit of both one could say, although Lazysmash’s Kerry Horvath (David “Uglydoll” Horvath’s little sister) and collaborator Darth Rimmer (a true red dwarfian) might have something else to say about it. Where Evil Ice-cream melted your hearts and turned your popsicle soul to mush, Lazysmash’s follow-up frozen fiends will not be so easy to please. Ice Clown, Creepsicles, Mean Bean, Zit Chip and Nicecream generate images that provoke feelings of joy, angst and sickness.
Clearly, the LA based artists couldn’t give a monkeys what we think. They paint, draw and create for their own needs and boutiques in and around LA, SF and NYC, but surely I’m not the only one who firmly believes that there really is no need for a Zit Chip!!
Just stick to your obsession with eating and forming ice cream conceptions and leave those poor chips alone.
