Nathan Jurevicius
Nathan Jurevicius was born in 1973 in Bordertown, Australia. In the footsteps of his father and uncle, he set forth on an artistic adventure from an early age, attending college and graduating with a degree in Design from the University of South Australia.
His background in editorial illustration provided the foundations for a career in design, and in 2002, the Hong Kong based company “Flying Cat” approached him to collaborate on creating designer toys.
Since then Jurevicius has created a plethora of characters, many of whom appear in his Scarygirl comic and in very limited edition vinyl format. All of his figures were a global success and together with his illustrations and toy designs have placed the Jurevicius name firmly in the designer toy spotlight. Nathan has recently moved to Vancouver with his wife and three kids.
